
STROOPWAFELS SMOOCH

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large Café Amsterdam stroopwafels
- Thick ice cream in your favourite flavour
- caramel sauce or chocolate
- Ice cream scoop
DIRECTIONS
- Use a cookie cutter to press out a circle the size of a scoop of ice cream from the large Stroopwafel.
- Make crumbs with the remaining bits of Stroopwafel by chopping them finely. Have the crumbs ready to use in advance!
- Use the ice cream scoop to place a spoonful of custard or scoop of ice cream onto the Stroopwafel circle.
- Decorate with stripes from the caramel or chocolate sauce. You could also melt some chocolate and pour it over the top.
- Finish off the kiss by sprinkling some Stroopwafel crumbs or any other salty or nut toppings of your choice! over the top.
